Very happy with the repair they did on my phone. They had the new screen there for me Monday when I came in, and it took about an hour and a half to get it fixed. I also had them put a screen saver on it because I am rather clumsy. Repair ran about average for the area, but it's a lot cheaper than getting a new phone and better than getting a revamped one through insurance.

I have had my cracked screen replaced twice in the past few months at iRepair. I went to iRepair the first time because their location was convenient. I went back because they were fast, well-priced, and I knew I would get my phone back like new even though pieces of the screen were now missing. Odds are good I'll crack it again, and I'll keep going here because these guys are friendly, understanding, fast, and they do a good job.

I have a Google Pixel 4 XL that isn't even 6 months old. Google informed me that I would need to replace the phone at my cost, I took it into these guys they found the problem and fixed it very quickly. Very nice people responsive friendly and honest as anyone can be. I highly highly recommend them.

I am going to get my iPhone XR screen replaced today in the afternoon. I hope the good reviews out way the bad reviews I have seen this morning. My iPhone XR screen has been damaged for about two weeks and I havent found a repair shop to repair my phone to repair the damages because no repair shops are open during the weekends because that is the only time I have free time and able to do personal jobs. I will update this response after the service is given to me as i have expected from most of these reviews!

The guys at Columbia iRepair went above and beyond to get our iPad screen replaced for us just in time before we left for vacation. Their supplier of iPad screens was backorder, but they didn’t give up and thankfully they were able to call around and find one locally that would work for our iPad! They got it replaced and up and running by close of business as promised! Thank you for your efforts, will definitely recommend and be bringing other iPad and iPhones to them for repairs in the near future!

Very happy with the service. They quoted me 45 min when I dropped it off but it was done in under 30. The owner was so friendly and on top of it. They were competitively priced. I had called around to several places but couldn’t beat the 400+ great reviews they have. Love using small businesses, but love it even more when they genuinely value your business! Very impressed and will be back for any future needs.

I highly recommend these guys. Josh was our tech. The most professional establishment I've frequented in a long time. Great prices on repair parts as well as phone and tablet accessories. It took longer to take my personal information than it did the LCD, glass screen, and digitizer to be replaced. Maybe our visit was unique and results may very, but I highly doubt it.

Got my screen replaced for $100 something bucks and was told that if the screen starts bugging out randomly that it will be covered under warranty and replaced. One day later 1. I have to press the power button multiple times for the screen to turn on and 2. Live wallpapers and 3D Touch didn’t work. So I went back about two weeks later because I had been very busy and don’t live in Como. Keep in mind I hadn’t dropped it scratched it and there was zero damage to the screen whatsoever. I dropped it off and was told it would be covered by warranty.

I dropped by here on a Sunday to get my screen replaced on my iPhone. The shop was clean. I was promptly greeted by staff. He was professional and said he said he would have my phone complete in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I came back and my phone was finished.
There is a small white area on the screen, but I had been sporting my broken screen for months so I could have caused a issue with that area. Either was it was fast, much cheaper than buying a new phone and I'm happy with the service and experience.

Called in to have the back glass on my phone replaced and had a great experience. They were able to order the replacement part with no problems. I showed up to have it replaced and had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone could help me (I was the only customer there). They were finally able to help me and they ordered me a pink back glass (my phone is black). When I ordered the part they said they were ordering black. The guy asked me if this was fine and I said no because I had ordered black. Then the guy told me that black would cost more. I said this was fine and I'd wait for black, then

Got my phone fixed again by Columbia iRepair. They are always very friendly, and do their work very fast. Parking is great as well. Super easy to find and spots always available. They also seem to be the cheapest in town that I can find, so I will continue to use them for my iPhone repairs and accessories

I shut my brand new iphone in the door of my car and shattered the screen. There are much better and professional places in Columbia, for a the level of service and professionalism. Columbia iRepair may be the cheapest but there's a reason for that, quality is not as good. Had heard bad stories from friends that have used their services and lucky I didn't go. It's worth to pay a little bit extra to get it done right then cheaply for a cheap price, especially when you're trusting them with your phone.
