When you book online, you will not be charged until the cleaning is completed. However, on the day of your cleaning we will place a hold on your card for the amount of the booking. If you choose to cancel your house cleaning service appointment after 5pm the day prior to your house cleaning, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.

I reached out to Stockade Maids early Wednesday morning, via text. I explained that I was in a bind, that my life had taken an unexpected 180, that my daughter was coming home from college on Sunday and I wasn't going to have time to do another deep clean before her arrival. I heard right back. We established price and day, Sunday, and I was told I'd hear back on the time. See screenshots of the conversation. Instead, I heard nothing and checked back in at the end of the afternoon. The response was basically no can do. Zero explanation for the wait. Zero follow through. Zero customer
