The customer service that Rapp's Packaging provides is hard to find today. Rapp's has a team of trained employees answering the phones that know the wholesale packaging business well to expedite the ordering process. Honestly I have no idea why it took me so long to write this review. I have been a customer with rapp's packaging for years now and I have to say I just love their customer service! Everyone there is so nice. Carol and Else are just amazing and get this done. I order from Los Angeles and although I cannot see them I swear I can almost hear their smiles over the phone. Really friendly all the time. I am so used to having such exceptional customer service, that when I do have the need to order from other companies, I miss them.
