We needed a real estate lawyer and an estate lawyer who both could tailor things to our situation for some big life changes. We found Ariana and Jason on Yelp. They set up a consult very quickly, adjusted as our plans adjusted, and patiently explained things and answered our questions through the whole process, as to both the real estate and estate law issues. I have a rental in Rancho Santa Margarita. My tenants were being harassed by people who lived in the townhome community; which included people where on the board of the HOA (next door neighbor). My tenants (who are hispanic) were being harassed for petty things such as parking in front of the garage so that they could unload groceries, speeding in the area, and were even accused some of their family members living in the garage; all of which were untrue. I tried endlessly to resolve the issue with the HOA; however, they escalated it to their attorney and had him send me a threatening letter

Ariana was wonderful! She's able to distill a very complicated topic and explain it in a basic manner. Ariana and Sarah helped keep my attorney sister who appointed herself as "sole trustee" of my parents trust in line with the law and made sure that the trust was settled fairly and protected my rights as one of the beneficiaries.
They were very knowledgeable and confident on trust laws and were able to help navigate my parents trust to a successful closure. Without their help, I would have been totally screwed. Highly recommended. They are the best.

I am a little late in writing this review. I would highly recommend Burris Law. I started with an attitude that did absolutely nothing for me. Causing my issue to drag on with further threats of pending troubles. I had a consultation with a second attorney who could not assist me but referred me to Burris Law. After months of worry I meet with Jason and Tim how immediately put me at ease. From day one the Burris team stood by me and believed in me. Had I believed Revocable Living Trust (RLT) the process was actually uncomplicated and without hidden fees, my family would not have postponed this for decades. I highly recommend Burris Law for estate planning. Let me share our experience.
Until we funded our RLT, we used wills and related documents generated with Willmaker. Once we learned that the court costs (appointed attorney's fees) and potential months it could take to transfer non-retirement assets, we realized that not doing a RLT was more burdensome than the chore of completing RLT.

I give Burris Law 10 stars! I am a practicing attorney but I needed some advice about a landlord situation since landlord-tenant law is very nuanced. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in this area and provides thoughtful and comprehensive advice aimed at giving his clients the best strategy for prevailing on their unique issue. The law is not always black and white, which can be a scary thing for anyone with a legal problem. Jason is willing to spend the time illuminating all the gray areas for his clients. They take your credit card in order to offer you a consultation. They will charge you $300 if you don't shoe up to the consultation. Before the consultation that expect you to fill out a 16 page questionnaire.
