Dr Samson is amazing, so calm and listens when we talk. He always remembers us and remembers what we were in for previously. He does not dilly dally, but does make sure all of our concerns are taken care of. We have seen many of the Drs here and he is still by far our families favorite Dr.
So I lowered my review to 4 stars today. I met with Dr Duke and he wasn’t very pleasant. He made me feel like I was making up my reason for being there. I wasn’t asking for medications, had to take time off work and would not have paid my copay if I didn’t think it was necessary. Then both him and his

Dr. Tate is great very informative, and makes you comfortable with the service you're receiving! I couldn't give a full 5 star due to (the staff NOT Dr. Tate)1) My information being deleted 2) Staff asked me in front of others (in the waiting area) the reason for my visit 3) They (nurses running the covid area) were not familiar , or uncomfortable with administering the vaccine I actually need. 4) The type of vaccine I was receiving was stated loud enough for anyone walking by to hear. 5) There's no privacy just a curtain.

Very disappointed with the level of care that the Medical Center is now providing. The schedule seems to be packed with so many maintenance appointments, follow ups and yearly check ups that it gives the appearance of cattle being herded in and out of center ring at an auction. When attempting to make an appointment when actually sick, I was recently told the wait for my physician was over 2 months and that I should come into their Urgent Care. When asked which doctor was staffing Urgent Care, the scheduler stated that she could not give out that information. The previous 2 appointments that I

Kudos to Dublin Medical for the superb job the staff has done with the covid vaccinations. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy and there was no wait time once I arrived. The procedures were explained and I was given a chance to ask questions. My followup appointment for the second vaccine was scheduled that first day as well and went as smoothly as the initial appointment had. I was definitely impressed with the professionalism and care exhibited by Dublin Medical's employees and with the treatment I received. Thank you, Dublin Medical-

The doctors themselves do not even wear masks even during this time of the pandemic. The doctor I visited actually took off his mask while speaking with me in the room. The phlebotomists who are on duty are very young. I witnessed one of the young male phlebotomists actually toss a vile of blood that he had just taken from a patient up in the air before placing it in the appropriate container. This facility is okay for a quick appointment if you are unable to get to your family physician, however I would sincerely recommend that you use one of the better facilities that we have in Dublin to settle

I have been going to the Medical Center for several years. I have not had any issues with the physicians. They are very thorough and will explain everything to you. Yes there are times I have had extended wait times, but this is a very busy office, so I can deal with waiting. I also have not had any issues with the staff that I have interacted with, but I have seen some reviews state they have had some bad experiences. Any testing that I have had done at the facility, the results are given to me in a timely manner. Overall a wonderful place to go to when you are in need of medical care.

I love my Doctor! With that being said, I DO NOT like the office in which he practices. The staff always seems to have a chip on their shoulders! If you try to make an appointment, even if you are a regular patient, (who only comes there for medical treatment) and you owe them $1 or $500 they will send you to collections and hold your appointment randsom until your balance is paid IN FULL. Had an insurance issue, and before I could see my doctor, I had to pay the ENTIRETY of what my insurance hadn't paid, PLUS my copay before I could get the appointment for A PRESCRIPTION REFILL. That is just

I'm just going to be honest, I haven't had one appointment where I left feeling like the doctor cared about me or that they were actually listening. If you don't have the run of the mill cold or flu then obviously you are faking or drug seeking to these people. Dr. Duke told me to my face he did not want to test me for vitamin D deficiency because that's clearly not my problem and I should go to mental health, just for my labs to come back and I DO have vitamin D deficiency. I hope he finds some humility one day. Dr. Kolbie is constantly rude to me and treats me like I&apos

If you're like most, having to go to the doctor is nothing you usually look forward to. My first experience was when my mom needed to find a primary care physician after moving to the area. This establishment was recommended as well a physician. Almost a decade later, she continues to come.
Without going into too many details, my husband had gradually started experiencing symptoms that lead to needing medical attention. He was seen in Urgent Care and a diagnosis was found. Even though it was a scary day for us, the staff was superior. We were given all the information and recommendations

If you aren't family are close friends of the people here, the quality of care and consistently is below average!!! Dr. Duke is incompetent and appears racist... Dr. Sampson is the best that they have there! Medication authorization (Lashunda) needs something (but training will suffice)!!! Unless this place is your only option, it's better to spend the money and drive to Macon or Atlanta...

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The doctor's in this so-call Medical Center doesn't care about their pateints. They don't even listen to your complaints, much less take care of them. I went in already having 3 ruptured disks and had fallen that day hard in my back yard. I had hit my head, as well as, my back. I even had my dvd results with me showing my ruptured disk. Dr. Duke didn't even look at it. He didn't acknowledge me hitting my head, even knowing I had a serious head trauma back in 2001. Dr. Samson was my primary care doctor, who was there that
