The amount of disappointment this place has caused is hard to beat. After 3 attempts to find a compatible provider for my daughter and I am going to try another route. It’s obvious that my situation and needs weren’t a priority when just tossing me to the next therapist without actually reading the previous therapists “notes”. So here I go on to the next “professional “ to let another stranger know what’s happening in my life. Thanks Lorenz!!!

My son’s councilor is constantly canceling seasons. Today we got a cancel and when I called in to reschedule I was told she was going to be sick all week. Who gets to foreshadow their sickness for the whole week?!?! She also did not return phones calls and my son went over a month without an appointment. Very poor follow through with this councilor and the company as a whole. Would look elsewhere.
