Services
Rate may increase up to $325 depending on the county due to higher disposal fees in some areas. All of our routine maintenance services, inspections and repairs include location of the tank at no additional charge. In the event that you are expanding your garden, installing a swimming pool or simply need to know where your tank or entire system is located, we offer an a la carte location service to meet those needs.

Our RIDGID SeeSnake offers an HDR image sensor for superior in-pipe viewing and on-camera. We use this snake to identify blockages in your septic system supply lines or leach field. The camera offers us the ability to determine if flow is being restricted by a root blockage or damage to your pipes or leach line.
Soil evaluations on undeveloped land to determine if the property is suitable for a septic system. Soil evaluations during Due Diligence to make sure the property you are purchasing is suitable for your intended use. Quick turnaround system designs during Due Diligence when you are purchasing a property with septic system issues.

Very few times in my life do I have the pleasure and honor of meeting someone who is as professional and decent and kind and passionate about their work as Marlin.
We tried to get septic permit inspection and approval through our county but became very frustrated after waiting for more than 2 months without a response. We reached out to Marlin and they got the job done within their proposed timelines, and helped us navigate the administrative nightmare with the county.

Impressive, professional business and operating team to get our septic cleaned out. I was impressed with the super simple online scheduling with real person confirmation and a call that they were able to come early if it worked for us. Then Stephen did the pumping as I asked questions being a first time septic system owner. He was a great listener & teacher and did a thorough job .

We are new homeowners and got a bit worried when our toilet began to back water out onto the floor. I called Marlin and they gave me great advice. They had someone out to look at it in 20 minutes and were super patient and helpful in sharing about septic system health and maintenance. Our septic tank was pumped within a few hours and we couldn't be happier with our experience.
