Very unprofessional! Avoid this company as much as you can ! They’ll move you into a place with mold and do not care. They just patch things up and keep moving people in. RUN RUN RUN!!!

I wish I could leave no stars. The ladies in the office are no help in getting maintenance or the people they’re supposed to fix appliances to actually do their job. Now 1 full week without a fridge and having to buy ice with nothing more than “oh they accepted the work order I don’t know where they’re at with it” this is unacceptable

This group of people are less than helpful they steal money from deposit and more. They send any guy to fix things and they do not know what they are doing poor quality of people and cero customer service skills, stay away from this rental place.WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER.

My brother rented from this company for 6 years. He went without air for several days and had to stay with me at least 7 times throughout the 6 year time period. He always on time paying rent and never was a problem until he turned in his 30 day notice.

Today a year after my lease was terminated a debt collection agency calls me saying I owe 2000 when I asked to speak with someone about these unknown charges, was given the run around about it. I was charged for rent the month I wasn’t in the duplex (paperwork to prove it) also a prorated fee for the following month for a new tenant to move in which is not in the contract and finally a pet deposit that I was told not to continue to pay bc they were going to break my lease. NONE of these debts I “owe” them were every sent to me not to mention while I lived there they constantly lost my rent

Never Ever trust these guys! They will lie to you over and over again! They have the worst customer service!
Update: I just saw the owner's response. Firstly, they changed the locks on my apartment without telling me. That being said, they did allow the back in to take same paper and I cleaned out everything from the apartment but was still charged $350 for the change of locks and $500 for cleaning and they also changed me another $300 for unspecified "damages!". Instead of providing me with documentation specifying what the charges are for, I was just told that I had to pay the money are they

They kept my deposit of $700.00. I let them know I was going to leave 30 days before. According to them I had to do it in writing, which I did but 6 days later of the month I was leaving. I paid someone to clean it ($100). I was charged $100 extra per month because I didn't want to sign the 6 months agreement after the year. Still, leaving the apartment on time, more clean that it was and still they kept my deposit. By the way, I was told I was going to receive it several times. After a month and a week that I didn't receive my deposit back I was told that I was not going to get it. Beware of this
