Remember: Carpet cleaning is no different than washing your hair. You would never put shampoo in your hair, turn the water off, and towel dry and whatever sticks to the towel is clean! You would rinse your hair clean to remove all soap residue. Yes, if you regularly maintain your carpets by vacuuming, etc., or if they have light to moderate soiling over a one year period.

I talked to Kennedy about cleaning an antique couch and chair that hadn't been cleaned probably in decades. She said that it would be a wet process and that water and a special soap that they use would be used. I wasn't sure if the delicate embroidery would stand up to the process.
Michael Alcaraz came out and said that he would first test the cleaning on one section. It seemed to stand up to the cleaning so he did all the couch and chair. He was very thorough in the process. The couch and chair both looks great and there is an ocean of difference after he was done.

We have used Gregg’s carpet cleaning for many years and always were very happy with the service that we received from them. They recently sold their business and we decided to stay with them and give them a try. We are so happy that we did. The new owner really take pride in their business and they do a fantastic job! I have to admit, I waited a few years too long to get my carpet cleaned. That being said, Greg's carpet cleaning came out and made my old tired dirty carpet look and smell absolutely fantastic. Moses showed up on time, explained the process, gave me an estimate, and went right to work. My carpet had some issues in the high traffic areas, but when Moses was finished, all the dirt and dark stains were gone, and the carpet fibers had been refreshed. I'll be calling them again next year!

For a very affordable price and a top-notch job, Greg's carpet cleaning came through! I thought the carpets were generally clean because we just moved into our new house, but Mike the manager showed us all the gunk and hair that he was able to pull out. They really do some deep cleaning. On a human level Mike was a pleasure to talk to. Anytime I need my carpets cleaned I will without a doubt go to Greg's carpet cleaning.

This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. Mike took his time and wasn’t in a rush and did a good job. My daughters room had spots that I thought wouldn’t come out and he took the extra time to get them out. Carpet looks and smells great. Earlier post was 2 stars because I didn't think the job was what I expected. Mike, the owner, changed that to 5 stars.
He read the review and contacted me and asked me to allow him to make it right. Awesome business sense.
He came back personally and worked on the areas in question and all without excuses.

They showed up a little early, which was no fuss for me! I left with my babies but the guy that cleaned today was very nice ask asked my son if he wanted to "help" he was kidding. But my son enjoyed it. My carpets look amazing. And let me tell you how dirty they were. 3 years of walking all over and 2 kids spilling things. Looks amazing, quick service!

Greg's Carpet cleaners has gone above and beyond for us! we moved into a new home without actually having seen it in person (crazy yes maybe) however the wonderful people at Greg's Carpet Cleaning found time in there very very busy schedule to fit us in last minute in order to get the carpets cleaned before the movers came!

These people are fantastic! They have that family owned business friendliness. My first time using them. Mia was super accommodating to my schedule! David arrived on time to clean the carpets. What a breath of fresh air! He was very enthusiastic and puts such pride into his work. I was charged as quoted. Mia sent Venmo request to pay. That made the transaction very easy.
