To those reading this review: I disagree with everything Deondra is saying in her response.
First, the company has more to lose from my review than I do, so this justification of what happened is unnecessary and also FALSE, it's almost laughable.
Secondly, we do not know who this "project manager" she's referring to is. The only person we have communicated with is Mark, so if he is the "project manager" then the issue still stands in terms of unprofessionalism, lack of communication and overall incompetence of how to run a company properly.
Thirdly, nothing was to our "satisfaction"

LA Fence Craft installed a fence in the back yard of our home. We were very positively impressed by everyone we encountered at this company. From José the salesman, to Alberto and his crew who installed the fence, to Daisy at the office--all were professional and accomplished their work in a friendly and highly competent manner. And unlike other contractors LA Fence Craft delivered as estimated, both in terms of how long it took to do the installation and how much it would cost. I have two sagging gates that don't latch properly anymore. I must lift the gates to align the latching mechanism every single time. In addition, the gate panels are developing some sort of dimples. The material feels thin and not consistent with other parts of the panel. It seems to me that they will eventually crack. The price at the moment seemed reasonable, but having to lift the gate door handles daily is a problem. What good is a warranty if the people that install it don't respond. I have made multiple attempts via phone, and email. I was told they would come out to look at it

I had a backyard, white vinyl, gate/fence installed. I got a quote through yelp, they came out, took dimensions and my input as to how I wanted the fence. We set up an appointment for its installation, they were willing to work around my schedule as to the day of installation. I even changed my mind, late in the game but before installation date,, as to which direction I wanted the gate to swing open, they obliged.
It did take a few months to finally put it up. I have the gated fence entrance now, I love it. It's a simple gate. Their website offers deals, suggest you look at that.

The service and price was very reasonable! They were also responsive.
I understand there is a delay in services and materials due to COVID but they were good with their follow ups and managing expectations.
All I needed to have done was a side gate replacement and they quoted me about 2-3 weeks for the materials to come but it ended up coming sooner!
They did call me to schedule installation ASAP since they had a last minute opening in their schedule. They quoted 12pm to 2pm but it was after 3 and I still did not hear from them. However, when I called I did get a response that they were still

There's a reason LA Fence Craft get a lot of 5 star reviews. Mike and his crew are excellent! I went through a lot of quotes from more than a hand full of fence companies but LFC stood out from the rest. I had found them from a neighbor who was having a front fence put in and asked for a card. We had gotten a lot of high priced quotes from other companies that I'm sure would have done a nice job. But we were looking for a good balance between quality and cost. LA Fence gave us the best quote and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Mike's customer service went above and beyond.

Mark from LA Fence Craft came out for a free consultation. I was told the job is smaller than what they usually do, but he would talk to his boss since I'm so close to their location. He took my email address down and promised to email me with an update. It's been two weeks and I have not heard back.

This is the second job these folks (LA Fence Craft) have done for us and they both turned out great. The first job was a front-yard enclosure that included about 200 feet of fence and a custom gate that required some "invention" on their part. David and his crew were the 1st who respond to our request on Yelp. David is the ultimate professional, a kind human being, and he is on top of every single detail from quote to installation. A quick review of their work. They did a great job and putting up the wood fence in our backyard which was a difficult install due to a fence already being there which was the neighbors fence and there was a boundary issue. We also ask them to install a wood fence, which would replace an existing wood fence, and also move a vinyl fence. They did not do so well on the front yard. They did a good job with the wood fence, but when they move the vinyl fence they didn't really pay attention to detail and put in the vinyl fence out of alignment with the other vinyl fence adjacent on the sidewalk. Mike and his team did a great job on the install for our investment property. We had 2 single and 1 double swing gate replaced. Although we had a hiccup with the original fencing, in the end we received a great product and excellent install. The wood grains on this vinyl fencing are fantastic and it really updates the look of the property.

We are refinancing our home and needed a Fence inspection due to evidence of an old issue in our appraisal report.
