Dr. Audry and her crew at Exodus have brought me from using a handicap shopping cart to walking on my own two feet!! They have been a life saver, and helped me to enjoy a quality of life I didn’t think possible. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant, and I really enjoy the prayer after the adjustment!! I found Exodus Health Center and Dr. Adriana through Dr. Jockers at the beginning of this year. I’ve loved every bit of my care so far. Her sweet, kind, gentle spirit along with her willingness to listen to my concerns sets the bar high in chiropractic care. Without going into detail, I pulled a muscle in my right shoulder and could not lift my right arm past shoulder level. Lots of pain people. I took it easy the rest of the day and by the following day I was worse. Being tough and macho, I decided to chill for the next several days to give my body time to recover. The recovery was minimal.
I then scheduled an appt to see Dr. Audrey. She performed a thorough examination and assured me that no ligaments were torn. She also recommended two specific exercises and had me perform them in her office. The exercise seemed so counterintuitive

My husband used to wake up with back pain every days and both hands were numb every morning. Within a few visits he was pain free and the numbness left him.
As for me, I recommended he start treatment because I had great experience. I was diagnosed with PCOS few years prior and was put on medication and was not doing well. A friend suggested I that I reach out to Exodus, at Exodus, they helped me find natural ways of dealing with my issues along with regular adjustments

Great experience! From the time you enter the office to getting adjusted. The lady at the front desk is so knowledgeable and helpful! The doctor is very hands on and does a great job with my adjustment!! I started going to Exodus Health Center just before the Thanksgiving holiday this year. I've been dealing with neck, hip and lower back pain for years, but it amped up over the summer. It was making sleep incredibly difficult, along with bending over, tying shoes and a plethora of other things that we all do daily. After just three weeks, I'm bending over easily, getting better sleep, interval training again and dropping weight (8lbs so far). Exodus Health Center is a blessing! The staff is AMAZING and extremely helpful. It's been a long time since I've been this excited

I have been going to Exodus for my chiropractic care for almost 4 yrs. and everyone is AMAZING. The staff are all very friendly and always great everyone by their first name which makes it very personable. I love the way they provide a more integrative and holistic approach to being healthy overall. I initially came due to some lower back pain I had been experiencing, but decided to continue my care since I got great results to maintain. I signed up for a Ketogenic "customized" health plan, and spoke with a nutrition coach, by phone. He was nice enough initially; however the program provided to me was not based on the foods I asked for, nor was it customized. Instead, it was a very generic template of general information. I ended up mapping out my own meal plans, which I emailed to him, and he approved for the program. I was disappointed and confused, and thought this was completely unprofessional, but decided not to get upset. I wanted my focus to be on my health and figured he would still be there to support me.

I have been to numerous chiropractors. I have whiplash in my neck and Dr. Jockers worked on me one day- I felt a rush through my back like he opened up something! They really care about people here. It's not all about money like a lot of other businesses. Dr. Jockers also gives seminars on how to eat and stay healthy/ posts free advice on facebook and writes numerous beneficial articles online that anyone can benefit from. My family and I love Exodus Chiropractic. We have been patients at Exodus Health Center for a couple of weeks now. We love the family atmosphere that is there. The technology employed makes it easy to sign in and get to the adjustment. It is an uplifting environment from the moment that you walk in. Every time I get an adjustment there with my family I not only feel better physically, but get the power switched on mentally as well.
