After being poorly represented while selling her home, Paige realized the need for a 'service-centric' real estate agency in Jacksonville. She acquired her license in 2005, and founded Signal Real Estate in 2011.

Signal realty is a a highly reputable company that will only do what's in the best interest for their clients. Page is the owner and a good friend. she runs her business based on Christian principles and would only do the honorable thing and every situation. She has helped my family with our home. I would highly recommend her should you need to buy or sell a home or property.

Paige's knowledge and experience was a blessing when purchasing our home. One key accomplishment for us was when she held the seller accountable to the terms which all parties had previously agreed to and signed. The sellers agent had little experience (having been in realty less than a year) so Paige had to do double the work as our agent and educating the sellers agent. I'm sure that there were several challenges that she faced because even at closing, the gentleman commented that he was thankful she was experienced due to some irregularities of our circumstances.
