In December 2020 I retained the Law Office of Attorney Guerin Butterworth in my divorce case. And that was the worst mistake that I could have made during a most vulerable time in my life! I would strongly suggest to anyone who might decide to retain her office to really interview other attorneys before making a decision.
This is now 2021 the last day in July, and she did nothing, but ran up fees. I discovered Attorney Butterworh had not filed any of my documents with the court, did not honor her word of filing for temporary spousal support and the list could go on and on. I paid her close to

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Guerin is an amazing Lawyer!! One of the few good lawyers left in my opinion. First off she not only cares about her clients but actually focuses on the best interest of the child IN THE LONG TERM. She is not in the business of running up the bill but looks for a way to mediate a fair settlement. I wish I would of found her years ago.

Guerin is such an amazing lawyer, you literally can’t be in better hands than hers. She truly cares to you and wants and aims to get you everything you want. She explains everything so carefully and detailed that it really helps you understand everything. You don’t feel like she’s a lawyer when you are talking to her it feels like you’re with family, because she just cares so much for you. She’s so highly skilled and knowledgeable it’s amazing. She’s worth every penny!

The Lawyer may be nice, but she could never make up for having to put up with her receptionist/partner/assistant/ONLY person you will talk to after you meet Mrs. Butterworth on your paid meet-n-greet. Mrs. Butterworth WILL take the 5k plus as your retainer face to face, but I have never seen her sense then. I have had the absolute most disturbing business relationship in my life with the Law Office of Guerin Butterworth, since I am still a client will I write this review. Wwe have not even finished court yet in a custody court case that has spanned from California to NC, and a case that I have
