Nice, fast and honest. I brought a laptop that wouldn’t charge and wouldn’t start. Left the laptop for an estimate.
The employee called me back 30 min later to tell me that it was a simple fix of pushing a pin in a pinhole to reset the power. No charge! I really appreciate the honesty as I know I could have been easily told that the entire motherboard needed to be changed. They also seemed to be competent.

My hard drive went bad and I was in a panic thinking I lost all the pictures of my kids from the time they were born. I brought in my hard drive and they were able to recover everything! The techs were very nice and even helped educate me on how to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend their services!

Beat repair shop and onsite services I have ever used. Prices are the best, staff is the best and would recommend to anyone in the area. Tony and other staff members have worked on my machines many times when I get to busy to repair them myself. I have recommended many clients to utilize their services also can not say enough about this place. Honest and priced right they know what they are doing and will always give the best recommendation even if it’s not to their benefit.

Called, dropped off and picked up my personal laptop up all in the same day, within a 2 hour time frame. I disabled my admin rights (not a smart thing to do) on windows 10 and spent over 2 weeks searching on Microsoft and YouTube. I should have called Lombardo Tech first. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and it only cost $25 which was what they quoted on the phone. My lap top admin rights are now back. I will recommend them to everyone.

These guys are the best! I’ve cracked my iPhone more times than I can count and they have fixed it perfectly each and every time. Don’t go somewhere that claims to fix your phone for $20.. pay the extra money and get it professionally fixed with these guys! They are reasonable, trust worthy, and most importantly they are honest!

My laptop had very important information I feared was lost. The staff calmed my fears and worked hard until they were able to retrieve my information. The price was half of what Best Buy wanted. Since then I have had my Ipad screen repaired in less than 24 hours. The great service doesn’t stop when you walk out the door. Tony (the owner) called a few days later to see if I was 100% satisfied. Support local businesses and this one will exceed outstanding customer service.

Hands down best computer repair shop in town!! I have been using Lombardo computer services for years they have helped me out with multiple iPhone repairs and have helped me out with all of my computer problems. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with a fast turnaround time!! highly recommend these guys.
