TESTIMONY TESTIMONY TESTIMONY I found MR ARNOLD CLARK on a forex investment review, but was initially uneasy about doing business online when it comes to something like a forex trading. I was scared and this made it more complicated by all the new rules that have been implemented since the report of scam. Even with all these issues, MR ARNOLD… CLARK was accessible and made the process very easy. I have gone through 2 managers, but non of them is as honest and dependable as MR ARNOLD CLARK. Service has steadily gone down hill the last 5 years. Hours are reduced so much that anyone working a full time job can hardly access to do anything. Only Saturday option is drive through but you really can't do anything more in the drive through than you would at an atm. And they don't answer the phone.
They have completely demolished the youth programs, which is a terrible long term plan if you think about it. Will be switching to another CU

This is just a recent visit. Over all service has gone down hill badly. Lobby closed on Saturday. Lobby does not open tell 10:30 a.m. If you have cuna insurance good luck getting rockvalley to do anything. I personally had to contact cuna to get the loan insurance started. After speaking with rockvalley several times. Over all a very bad place to bank at anymore.

I have only been a member for a short time but what I can say is the staff there are all nice and helpful, especially Jessica who works the drive thru every time I come through she's pleasant, calm, patient, and efficient with helping me. This is an awesome credit union who really put their members first.

I've been with this credit Union for many years and they've always worked with me whenever there's been an issue. They're very kind and I've recently even refinanced my auto loan through them which they saved me a lot of money on and it was very fast and simple. It was actually my first refinance but they helped me through the whole process which again was super fast and easy.

I think they are the best credit union around. I was going through some difficult financial things fir awhile last year and they were so good to work with me through them. I found out that being upfront with them as to what is going on they are more than willing to work with you. The main person I worked with was Shandra and she was great easy to talk to and more than accommodating. I would recommend Rock Valley to anyone.

Charactor and attitude, their charactor is exceptional and that leads them to a good attitude. People overlook how important this is but im thankful for it. With good charactor and attitude comes awesome business and customer relations skills and ethics. Folks down their make you a part of a larger family, not an account number

I’ve recommended this credit union for years when asked where I bank. I’ve always received exceptional customer service and great rates on loans. However, this year I must say I’ve seriously considered closing my account here due to the fact that I needed $2000 for my daughter’s tuition and was turned down. I had to call the loan officer after 3 weeks of waiting for this response. I’ve never been late on a payment and have an exceptional payment history regarding my other bills and credit. They let me down when I needed just a little help.

I have been banking at Rock Valley Credit Union for over 20 years. have always been treated with respect and a very friendly knowledgeable staff. When my account was hacked and most of my money taken, I had it back within 10 days. When the same thing happened to my husband at his bank, it took weeks of visits and phone calls to get his money returned!resresp

Within the last few months I have been so disappointed with this bank! I've been with them now over 2 years. And never had any issues until recently. The customer service is horrible ! The tellers are extremely rude and disrespectful . I have my vehicle loans with them and my personal accounts. And seriously considering closing and switching everything. I've tried reaching out for help and have gotten nothing . I am beyond upset with how they treat their members. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else. Not a bank I would recommend .
