We will never use this florist again. We ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral. We spoke to two separate people and requested the same thing of both. We wanted one heart shaped and one wreath shaped arrangement. We wanted the arrangements to be lavender and cream roses. The one woman said even if she didn’t get in lavender roses in time that she would drive to Pittsburgh to get them. When the arrangements arrived at the funeral home they were not what we requested. There was no lavender in sight and very few roses. When I called to question why we didn’t receive what was requested and

I have used this florist for several years now to surprise my wife not only on special occasions but also just as a quick gift of appreciation. Always the owners have gone out of their way to make something for my budget with the same care regardless if i am spending 10 or 75 dollars that day. Not once have i ever been disappointed or my wife for that matter!!

I will never use this florist again. I had a friend in SC who wanted to send me a special Fall arrangement in memory of my wife's passing 3 years ago, and this florist did practically EVERYTHING wrong: wrong container (the buyer paid for a pumpkin container; instead, it came in a cheap basket), it was delivered without calling me (the buyer gave them my cell phone #, but to no avail), and only God knows how long it stayed outside in the warmer temps that day. When FTD notified them of all these issues and asked for a new arrangement, NOTHING was done. Don't use this florist!!!

I received my Thanksgiving Cornucopia delivered from the friendliest woman and I had to ask my husband if they were fake because they were the most beautiful and perfect and fresh and fragrant flowers I’ve ever ever received !! The arrangement is still so beautiful and fresh days later and more beautiful with the flowers opening up to full bloom.
