It was a long wait of 12 weeks after the order. Then 3 installers showed up, on time and replaced all 28 windows in 8 hours. They cleaned up as they went along throughout the day and were responsive to any requests we had. They were Pros.

We contracted Universal Windows to replace all of the windows in our house. They had submitted a competitive bid (we secured 3) and we had received a positive report from some friends of ours that had also used them to replace their windows. They arrived the first day a bit late (11 am) and a little short handed, but they managed to complete 5 of 14 windows by 5 pm. They arrived the next day around 8 am with a full crew and completed the remaining windows and were done and gone by 5:30 or 6:00 pm. Scott, the owner, called me within 2 minutes of submitting a request for an estimate and came out the next day. The estimate process and ordering the windows was simple and straightforward. The installation crew was courteous, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner with an excellent standard of service even on a cold and rainy day. Scott Davis and crew were the best! We had a ton of windows and they finished up in less than 2 days. Professional in both conversation and installation. We love the new look it gives our home! Window quality is amazing and above any competitors we looked at. Huge bonus was how perfect the doggie door turned out!! Ours adjusted quickly and they love it. At night we put on the cover and it seals snug as can be. Can’t refer these guys enough!
