I cannot recommend Jimmy enough. I have a 1950s stove that I needed help with when I first bought my home, he was quick to respond and completed the job in record time. Upon his first visit, he recognized the stove as one he had restored about 15 years earlier with the previous owners. The previous owners had recommended him, but I misplaced his card during my move. Couldn’t do more to help and took a real interest in my order. Only comment, tiles were packed in massive foam outer but not separated inside, just piled on top of each other with no packing interleaving. This resulted in minor damage to one tile. I hope it was not weakened by the contact only to crack later. Why not a small piece of foam or even just a newspaper page between each tile?

Long overdue, 1960's stove door literally came off in my hand while baking the prerequisite quarantine sourdough. Property manager tried to fix it on 3 different occasions, a total of 10+ hours. Finally convinced them to call a professional, jimmy arrived, masked, gloved, on time. Looked at it for all of 5 minutes, said he needed to get a part. Came back the next day, masked, gloved, and again on time. Fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Total professional.

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Jimmy is. I have been waiting 8 months with a nonworking 98 year old Magic Chef stove that I love. Had problems with first repairman who after many visits could not find a new valve. I found Jimmy on Yelp and he was able to clean the existing valve and totally went over the stove fixing what needed to be cleaned etc. Jimmy is my hero and I highly recommend him.

I just want to say that Jimmy is the best!!!!! He's super knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He came to fix our Wedgewood stove and left it like brand new, we are super happy. In this business, from past experiences, there are not that many good persons that know about these beauties and they come with a really bad actitud and open wallets, they know how to charge and they justt want to fix everything by just resetting thE pilots. Just call Jimmy, he's the one for the job.

Jimmy came to Irvine to rescue our stove. It had been hooked up wrong by a company that charged too much. They didn't even make sure it was working but they sure took our money.
Jimmy LIVES UP TO HIS GREAT REPUTATION!! He knows so much about these old vintage beauties. He hooked the gas up correctly, did all the necessary adjustments and then actually educated us on how to use the stove. Before he left, we knew how to light and use one or both pilots, how to use the grill and oven, and we could actually turn the knobs without breaking our fingers. This guy is THE STOVE WHISPERER.

Fantastic staff (great ) goods excuse the pun got a super Victorian bedroom fireplace just perfect, if you’re looking for something nice and different or some period feature fireplace this is the place to go if they haven’t got one they find one for you or even make one, spot on go and have a look you’ll be amazed.

I inherited a Wedgewood with the purchase of my house. Jimmy not only restored it to it's old glory but he also taught me how to use it AND came back to help me relight the pilot on the oven when it went out right before Thanksgiving. (of course I was hosting) He knows his stuff and is a down to earth, easy to work with man!

I also never write reviews, but if any business deserves a rave review, this is it. We have a1940's O'Keefe & Merritt that was my grandmothers's. Last year we had Jimmy come out to repair burners that were no longer lighting. He fixed them and they worked perfectly. Then we decided to have our stove completely restored this summer. It looks beautiful and works perfectly! Jimmy and Johnny are perfectionists and pay great attention to detail. We're so glad we did it! Thank you SO much, guys. The previous review is no fluke! I also highly recommend Jimmy Rodriguez at Antique Stove! I was considering giving up on our O'keeffe and Merritt stove, which looked very nice, but without a working oven, had become just a really large decorative object. I was sure that it would be a painful and expensive process to get it fixed, so I kept putting it off.
