I have been a good customer and paid my payments on time and was treated very poorly by John and then they took an unauthorized payment from my account. I spoke with John who took my payment with that card and he asked me if I wanted to keep it on file and I said no. I checked my account this morning and they took my payment without authorization and then when I called about it he was very rude and not willing to help me and lied. I will never use or recommend this business. It is sad this is what customer service has come to.

The ladies that helped me were on top of everything. They called back when they said they would call back. They were honest, fast, and so helpful. I had never had a loan before but they made sure to do what they could to get me the best amount possible. I really couldn’t thank these lovely people enough for being such a huge help when I was in a position I didn’t want to be in. I highly recommend coming here for all financial needs.
