We are Yolo County's oldest pest control company. We have been loyally serving our customers since 1980. We provide residential and commercial pest control service on a monthly and bi-monthly basis, as well as one-time treatments. We also provide termite inspections, termite treatments, Sentricon termite baiting, and deep root feeding for control of tree and rose pests.
Of the two types of termites in our area, subterranean are the most common. There are two ways to deal with them - bait and chemicals. Baiting is the process of installing stations around the perimeter of your home with bait that contains an insect growth regulator. Termites eat this bait and take it back to the nest to feed to the queen and her young.
The purpose of this type of inspection is to identify and report the presence of fungus, dry rot, subterranean termites, drywood termites, wood boring beetles, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and things that could lead to infestations such as earth-to-wood contact, leaking sinks, showers, bathtubs, sprinkler valves, and hose bibs.
Our basic rodent control service is $150 and comes with a 30-day guarantee. This service includes an initial visit where we place glue boards, snap traps, and bait boxes as necessary and up to 3 call back visits to remove dead rodents, reset sprung traps, and rebait the boxes. If rodents are an ongoing problem at your property, you should consider our rodent exclusion service.
Woodland-Davis Termite & Pest Control, Inc. offers an annual service to control sucking pests such as aphids, white flies, and scale on your trees and roses. These sucking pests not only damage your trees and roses, but they also secrete a sticky substance called honeydew. This is the sticky stuff you see and feel when walking under a tree with a pest problem.

They came out the same day and treated the immediate area as well as the entire perimeter of the house. Hi everyone back again, Roger retired and we got a new person, Aldo. Aldo, was super nice he waited for me and my husband to come out to introduce himself, which we super appreciated. He was wearing a mask and following COVID protocol. He let us know Roger retired and he would be taking care of us form here on out. He asked if we had any specific pest issues, so we filled him in on our past issues and where we currently were. He was super nice and offered to check those areas where we had issues before to make sure everything was ok. He also made sure to let us know once again that if anything
