Fast shipping and really great customer service. My box came damaged from UPS and missing parts. Sent in a picture and they determined what parts I was missing and shipped them right out.

When I purchased my John Deere, l also bought the factory printed parts book and service manuals. I ordered by the exact part number required. The wrong parts arrived, I paid $30+ to return the $210 parts then was refunded as $160, Restocking fee!!! Do you think I am happy?

Very nice folks. Spoke with Dane and he helped me get a Gator ordered for my friend. I personally am not a John Deere fan but IF i was I would shop here often. Very positive experience.

First off, do NOT go for any of their shipping that costs more. I placed an order for two items I needed for a restoration that I was doing and specifically paid extra for 2-day shipping. After they took my money the stuff showed up late because they did not process the order in time and I did not get my items before I had to leave town, which meant my son did not get his birthday present. Not only was the gentleman I spoke to about this rude, he basically told me the policy was on the website and refused to offer me any refund for my extra shipping costs. I will never use this company again.

Found item needed on parts list. Contacted store for availability. Items were readily availble and was able to pick them up at store counter, Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend doing business to anyone.
