Horrible customer service, and boat service in general. We bought our boat in for some mantince. Was also having a issues with throttle. Picked up and went to the lake the issues was not fixed. We returned to have it fixed AGAIN... Waiting 3 weeks on cable ( which is not there fault) went to pick up and was told would be another $250 on top of what we previously paid. We pointed out the problem was misdiagnosed initially and that we had already paid service for them to pull it apart and take a look at it. Would be happy to pay for the part but we didn't want to pay for service twice that should

I had a great experience at Prince Bait & Marine. Called around looking for a repair facility to fix my boats steering. Many places didn't want to take on that type of job on or they were booked out for a month or more. Called Prince Bait and Marine and they were very helpful on the phone, gave me a realistic price range and told me it would take a couple of weeks. I dropped the boat off and they did a fantastic job on replacing the steering cable for less $$ than they told me on the phone and turned it around in just over a week. Couldn't ask for better! Nice people and a first class operation
