Dr. Guillermo Donan graduated from UEES, El Salvador in 1994 and continued his education in periodontics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. He has dedicated his professional career to providing patients with outstanding dental care. Dr. Donan is constantly participating in advanced training by taking continued dental education courses with special interest in dental implantology, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
I've been coming here for 5 years and everyone is always so helpful. Maria from the front desk always has a smile and changes my appointments if I need it with ease. Rosita does my cleaning every time and is amazing. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone is extremely nice and making sure all of my questions were answered.

I had avoided dentists in the past due to pain during even simple fillings. I found Dr Donan and decided to finally go in for dental work. I had a root canal and tooth extraction and didn’t feel a single thing. I had no idea going to the dentist could be so painless. I’m grateful for Dr Donan and the team in the office for all the great care they performed.

My name is Tracy. Let me tell you Dr. Donan is hands down the best dentist in all of Fresno and possibly the Central Valley. He is kind and compassionate. He takes his time and is a real perfectionist. I used to have major anxiety about going to the dentist BUT now that I have experienced going to Dr. Donan I am at ease with every appointment because I know he will take great care of me. And it does not stop there the entire team from Maria who works up front to the dental assistants are all so professional and sweet.

Dr. Donan’s and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! More importantly, they were able to help me catch some serious dental health issues and walked with me through the process of getting my mouth back to a place that is healthy. Great place to get work done. They got me in the same day. I had a broken tooth that needed a root canal and crown. They were able to do the root canal the same day and scheduled me the next morning to get the crown on. The doctor did an amazing job to save the tooth that I still had left. I very much appreciate all of the staff. They were very caring and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Donan and Dr. Brar were very thorough. Please feel free to ask them questions, as they will answer them and make you feel comfortable. Angie, the dental hygienist, was very personable and thorough. All of the assistants were very helpful as well. They made me feel comfortable and always asked if I was doing OK. When I wasn’t doing OK , they had no problem stopping and adjusting to help me. The staff looked at my insurance and we’re very helpful in letting me know what I was going to pay upfront, so there was no unknown fees.

NOT ALL DENTISTS ARE CREATED EQUAL. For several years I'd been wondering why my dentist rarely did any work on my teeth. For a Big 8 grad her approach seemed to lack any real interest in taking care of my teeth.

I have been coming here for seven years already, and they are amazing!! The staff is always welcoming, like Maria at the front, she always receives you with a smile. Rosita is also so amazing! She makes sure that you are comfortable as well! Dr. Brar is amazing too! She explains everything in detail and also makes you feel comfortable. Would really recommend you to go here!

Dr. Donan and his staff are incredibly AMAZING! As soon as I walked in his office I felt welcome. I absolutely recommend him and give a 5 star! He was able to save my tooth unlike my other dentist who wanted to pull it. Dr. Donan devoted his time and great effort into saving my tooth along with his incredible staff!. Dr. Donan’s office is great. My wife has been going for some years now and she has been praising them ever since. I’ve only been a few times but the staff are really nice. I’m comfortable talking to them and I don’t feel as though I getting work I don’t need. I get here for my appointment and they see me right away.

Found this office in my network provider, read all the positive reviews and decided to make a appointment. I was looking for a non chain clinic that provides quality service. All the staff is professional and welcoming. I did not have to wait long during my appointment to be seen by the staff. The dentist was thorough in explaining all treatments needed. I've been looking for a dentist to establish dental care again. I had a previous dentist with Medi-cal but now that I have a plan through my work I wanted to upgrade to better care. I found Dr. Donan online and they had awesome reviews. I was able to get an appointment right away and from the moment I called to when I arrived, his staff has been friendly, professional and so attentive. Dr. Donan himself was super nice and I did not feel judged at all that I had gone so long without dental care but rather positive that we established a plan to get me back on track. I have been a patient at Dr. Guillermo & Silvia Donan's office since November 2017. The whole staff- everyone in the front office, the hygienists, and the doctors- are super kind & helpful. They are passionate about oral health. As a new patient, they helped catch & treat gum disease I didn't even realize I had. The whole staff has a great sense of humor as well!

I'm like everyone else, afraid of going to the dentist but I try to be brave. I'm glad I picked this place. I'm so happy that Dr. Donan and his staff were nice, friendly and attentive. I've had gum bleeding issues for a long time and my previous dentist couldn't figure it out. I thought it was something else so I went to my doctor and did multiple blood test and everything turned out perfectly fine. So I looked online and was able to find Dr. Donan, he took his time to listen to the issues I was having and was able to resolve it right away! The best customer service I've ever experienced. I wanted to leave a review from my first impression and I'll be updating it as more visits go by. I just recently switched to this dental office because I started to feel less like a patient and more like a number at my previous dentist office (a story for another time.)

I had a few bad experiences from other dentist and it pretty much never want to go back. However, I knew I had to get yearly routine check so I such long and hard and came across Dr. Donan. He had many reviews and told myself I'll go take a look. The first day I walk in the staffs was so helpful and greeted me smiles and the office was so welcoming! I found Dr. Donan through google since I'm new to the area . I called to make an appointment as a new patient and gave me one for the next day ! I was so nervous going to a dentist but once I walked in they greeted me as if they knew me , and helped me right away . If you are in need of a dentist Dr. Donan is the perfect one !
