Had to make two separate appointments for my dads truck, the first time it was pulled into the shop & the installers had left so we sat for around three-four hours while the window was supposed to be replaced. The second time the window had gotten replaced but had to take in back a third time because a week or so later the windshield had cracked again, except from the inside where nothing could have hitten it.

I had to pay cash for a new windshield and called safelite and they charged me almost 500 bucks i called justice they only charged me 260 super quick and nice guys ill always bring my business to them from now on. Plus its a local business not a corporation highly recommend them

Awful service. Was told they would clean the glass out of my car & install my new windows... went to them specifically for that instead of safelite. paid almost $500 & they left a whole bunch glass everywhere for me to clean out, my necklace that id had for 5+ years was gone off of my mirror nowhere to be found, & my passenger door ended up not opening from the outside which had never happened & the passenger window also wouldn't roll down. Now I'm stuck with a messed up passenger door, missing necklace, & still had to clean the glass out myself AND go to them instead

As a contractor I've used Justice on a few projects and they've always been very professional, honest, and helpful. Good quality in everything they do.
Recently had an issue on a shower door and they didn't try to blame me or even get upset about it. They took the product back and covered the cost, no question. Just good people!

I got a nasty voicemail from Steve telling me I promised to pay on a certain date and he was sending me to collections!
The problem was I no longer lived in the home and paid for the window at the closing table for the new buyer. Therefore it was the buyer's responsibility not mine.
Simple enough right? Wrong When I call this guy back he was still nasty and telling me he didn't care about the buyer since I originally placed the order!
Well the realtor reached out to the buyer and of course the buyer gave the company the money for the window. No apology no remorse I hate it when people treat
