Elite Title Co, LLC is a Ft Oglethorpe, Georgia based real estate firm focused on providing closing and title services. We serve communities in North Georgia including Fort Oglethorpe, Ringgold, Catoosa County, Walker County, Chickamauga and Lafayette. Since we handle even the most complex title issues in-house, we never have to tell our clients we are waiting to receive a title.

Closing - or settlement as it is known in some parts of the country - is a term used for the point in time at which the title to the property is transferred to the buyer and, generally, a mortgage (or "deed of trust") is given by the buyer/borrower to the lender. I have to say if anyone needs to work with a title company in the Chattanooga/Fort O area, these are the people to do business with. Tammy is very professional, empathetic, and considerate.
