Ference's Fine Jewelry is a gold and silver bullion dealer. We buy and sell these precious metals in one ounce, five ounce, ten ounce and hundred ounce bars. We also buy and sell 90% silver in dimes, quarters, halves and dollars as well as proof sets. We also purchase your old and broken gold and silver jewelry.
We love sharing our knowledge. When it comes to buying a diamond, the 4 C's is a useful tool in the decision making process. Color of a diamond or lack there of is what makes a diamond look like a bright spectrum of color with no tint in stone like yellow or brownish hues. This refers to the imperfections or inclusions in a diamond which can look like a bubble inside to a black spot.

I spoke with Mark on the phone prior to coming into the store regarding having my engagement/wedding band removed due to a broken finger with significant swelling. He was so helpful, kind and gentle during the removal process. He made the best of the situation knowing how upsetting it was. I highly recommend Ference’s & trust them wholeheartedly.

I’m new to Jewely but Debbie, and Mark were incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions and more. But most importantly when I said I was interested in Silver they did everything they could to find what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into white gold! My fiancee and I went in to look at wedding bands. It was a weekend and we were casually dressed. Instead of asking us what our price range was, he profiled us. He insisted on showing us cheap 50.00 jewelry. We had to all but force him to show us the nicer items. It was painful dealing with him. Even though we both found something we liked, we will not return. Sometimes customer service is just too terrible to overlook.
