Having the opportunity to shadow and observe the therapists here, I witnessed first-hand the professionalism and extensive knowledge of the staff employed. Their bed-side manner is pleasant and conversation is enjoyable. The therapists are passionate about their work and strive to provide a positive patient experience while delivering quality care.

This is a fantastic practice!! Sarah’s initial evaluation of my knee problems, and subsequent guidance to see Joe for my visits, was professional, accurate and truly appreciated!! Joe’s knowledge and empathy as a runner (and for him, triathlete) helped extensively in getting me back on the road for running. The exercises during and post treatment have been instrumental in alleviating the pain I was having in my knee. The entire staff and vibe of this office is professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. This extends from Kathy, Patrick, Lauren, Sarah, and Joe and the entire staff!! Highly recommend

I’ve gone to First Physical Therapy many times for neck and back problems and I have been extremely satisfied with Jan all of her amazing therapists! The staff has always been very knowledgeable, professional, welcoming, and supportive, and I consider First Physical Therapy the best PT place around. They’ve always answered all of my questions and provided me with take home exercises which I find very helpful! I’ve also had a few dry needling sessions done on my back and calves and found this to be very successful and it doesn’t hurt!

Everyone is great! Good at bringing me to my limit without pushing it so I am in pain. THEY LISTEN...NOW THERE'S AN ODDITY IN THIS DAY AND AGE!!!!! I LOVE THE WAY THEY ENCOURAGE ALL OF US NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE GAIN IS...MAKES YOU FEEL YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING GOOD AND IT KEEPS YOU FROM GETTING DISCOURAGED.

This is an amazing clinic! Jan Chamberlain, the owner and a physical therapist, is the reason I can walk today! I was temporarily paralyzed from the neck down in a boating accident and she helped me like no other physical therapist could. It took me at least 10 other physical therapy clinics before getting her as my therapist. She is hands-on (which no other therapist was), thinks outside the box for treatment options, and gets you back to a normal, functioning life faster than anyone I went to before. Plus, she cares more about her patients than the average person. They saved my life at this

I never thought I would need physical therapy! I am too busy and too active and, while over the hill to some degree, in constant motion. That was until we got a new puppy. Puppy digs hole, I step in hole and twist every muscle I'd ever heard of in my left hip and then some. After 8+ weeks of therapy, I (as their slogan says) got my life back. The therapists are pleasant and friendly with the ability to bring out the best in everyone. Not only are the therapists that I worked with - Jan, Crystal and Erin - terrific; but the office staff is just as pleasant and helpful. Five stars isn
