I try not to leave a negative review without giving the company a chance to explain poor service , but since I have been unsuccessful in contacting the owner (Scott) , here goes: First, the techs are great (especially Serf). Unfortunately the administration is abysmal. I set an appointment a month in advance. I tried contacting Noreast two weeks out and finally every day the last week to confirm. The response was always the same: we’ll have someone call you back - and no return call. Finally the big day, and Noreast is a no show. I visited the company in Fairhaven the next day hoping for an explanation

Absolutely Outstanding! I emailed them at midnight about a Spectra Watermaker issue I had...They called me before 8am the next morning and had people at my boat soon after. They were knowledgable, professional and fast. My Spectra Newport 400 had completely crapped itself which required an entire removal, repair and reinstall. They were able to quickly diagnose it, get the parts, repair it and then reinstall it...It works perfectly now. Josh is the tech that lead my repair, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know. Jeremy is who I dealt with over the phone, totally professional as well

Waited 3 weeks for them to show up. I took time out of work to be there and I had to reschedule two surveys. Your company cost me time and money. You charge $100 an hour you figured you would show up. Very disappointed in your company . The worst part is the owner Scott couldn't even call me back. I will not be referring you to any of my friends or any of my clients. Your company sucks and you should be ashamed
