Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Had a 3pm appointment, showed up at 2:45 sat and waited. At 3:40 the nail tech came over and said it would still be 15 minutes before I could be seated and that it would take her an hour and a half to do a full set of nails. I left

Tiffany was fantastic, she's the only hair stylist I've met in YEARS who completely understood what I meant when I said I didn't want to lose too much length, but still provided a great hair cut and beautiful layers.
I would come back if I lived here, but I'm front out of state. Highly recommend!!!

It was my very first time there. Tiffany was very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a very fun and friendly environment. I enjoyed the whole team. My hair came out perfect and I will Definitely take my daughters there as well as me returning myself ! I recommend them a five star experience!

I am so glad I found this salon. I had an amazing experience during my first visit and have been going back ever since. Ms. Kim(owner) is amazing and truly cares about the health of your hair. I'd definitely recommend this salon. They truly can work with all hair types as well.

Mrs Heather was amazing, I totally recommend going to her. I loved my haircut with her, and how she explained what she was doing, she knew more about my hair than I did

New to the area was looking for a hairdresser. Found total you. Met Miss Heather and she listened to what i said and looked at my picture I had with me. We agreed together on a cut. She told me every step she was doing as we went. I was super pleased with it. She made me feel right at home. Love love love it.

I have never been to this salon until today. From the moment i walked in, i felt really welcomed. Heather came into the sslon and was willing to do my hair despite no appointment made prior. She educated me about hair as i was getting my hair cut! All the ladies including customers amd thr nail salon department, gave compliments and made me feel very special. I highly recommended this salon!

Heather did a fabulous job!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience. It took less time than I usually spend for highlights and a cut and my hair looks better than expected! My new color great with perfect highlights. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in a long time!
