Our staff, of managers, engineers, estimators, consultants, operators, chemical technicians and drivers, provide a broad base of experience and training.
Duane Phillips simply known as, "Ratler", has been a fundamental ingredient to the success of Stranco LLC and Stranco Solid Waste Mgmt Co., LLC and its subsidiaries for almost two decades. As shop foreman and chief mechanic, Ratler oversees the maintenance of all the trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment for these companies.
The goal of Stranco's health and safety program is to ensure safe projects sites for our employees, subcontractors, clients, regulatory representatives, and the public. This goal is attained by maintaining a staff of well-trained personnel dedicated to achieving a culture centered on achieving a safe work environment.
When you think about end dump services, what usually comes to mind is gravel or sand hauling or maybe even construction work. End dump trailers are far more versatile than that. End dumps can haul a variety of freight. Stranco has offered end dump services for over 25 yrs and has hauled everything from scrap metal and construction debris to dry bulk industrial materials agricultural commodities and hazardous waste.

Quite frankly, I used them on multiple occasions for 6 and 30 yard containers and everything has been straight forward from ordering, delivery and payment.
The drivers who have delivered and serviced our containers have been very helpful and friendly. Matter of fact the Stranco driver that goes by our place still honks the horn and waves whenever he sees us.

Worst customer service ever. We have had problems from the beginning of getting their dumpster. Paid for a lock on our dumpster and the driver does not unlock the lid just bangs the lid until it breaks and a new lock is required. Numerous calls to office because they only dump half of the dumpster or don’t come at all. Spoke with Frank at the office today because they had not picked up this week and he basically said they had and I was wrong because their GPS said they were there for 1 minute. I explained it takes the driver longer than a minute to pick up the dumpster and dump the boxes because
