Services
We offer mountain bike rentals for your next New River Gorge mountain biking adventure. Our fleet of rentals includes Trek Marlin 7, Trek Roscoe and Trek Fuel EX, and are the perfect ride for our local trails. These well-maintained mountain bikes are equipped with high-quality components and a wide range of gearing.
Our mountain bike clinics are lessons focused on learning or improving specific skills. All of our mountain bike clinics start off with learning and practicing skills in an open grassy area. Then clinic groups will usually head out to the trails to put new and improved skills to use in typical trail riding scenarios.
Tours are focused on riding trails and seeing the area. While tour leaders may teach some skills here and there if asked, they will focus more on just riding and keeping it fun. The Arrowhead Trail System is about 15 miles of perfectly sculpted singletrack purposely built for mountain biking. Long Point Trail is our easiest nearby route, very close to the Farm, and the quintessential viewpoint of the New River Gorge Bridge.
Join us at the The Handle Bar + Kitchen after your adventure for a laid-back dining experience. Whether you are looking for tasty fish taco, vegan burritos, or a quality West Virginia made brat, we have options for you. A variety of fresh craft beer is always on tap and our coolers are full of Local West Virginia brews.

Amazing experience today at ABF!! Staff was very knowledgeable about the area and the technical aspects of mountain biking. Very professional, but also incredibly friendly. Food next door at The Handlebar was delicious, too!! Can't wait to go back and use the campground!

To say we had a 5 star experience is an understatement. We signed up for a full-day family skills camp with Travis and were overwhelmingly impressed - it was one of the best experiences we’ve had as a family. The program was perfectly designed to balance skills, practice, and some trail riding - there was even some bike fitting thrown in there. My 5 and 7 year olds had so much fun and learned so much - Travis is perfectly suited for this work and did such an amazing job managing the age range in our family (from 5 to 44). He even nicely handled a midday meltdown with my daughter and answered

Cool place. Travis gave us a tour around some of the local trails, the bikes are in excellent condition. The trails are a lot of fun. He was very patient, and we all had a great time.

Fun little spot, perfectly situated near 15-20 miles or so of beginner/intermediate singletrack, along with a sweet little pump track and jump line on premises. Great beer selection at the bar, some tasty bites available from the kitchen and a well stocked bike shop connected to it all!
A few things that rubbed me the wrong way though:
Bathrooms had no TP from the time I got there (6pm) until the next morning and were on the not-so-clean side.
Checkout time was at 11am, like most any other accommodations… I got a late start to a ride (10am) and was hoping to request a late check out. Unfortunately

Can't say enough about how amazing this place was, and the experience that I had here. I was on the first night of a long road trip, I showed up just looking for a place to camp near New River Gorge and was a little underwhelmed by the camping sites (mainly that they were $35. I wasn't sure about camping in the field, but would definitely do so if I went back).
Once I got looking around at this place though, I realized how awesome it was! I took a short walk from my campsite to the restaurant and I got an order of two fish tacos and two draft beers for only $16 (the ideal campground: restaurant

GOATS and AMY. Two very remarkable parts of this amazing place. Although not the only ones. A true gem near the New River Gorge, we fell in love with this place from the start. They’ve got great beers on tap, tacos to die for, and super awesome camping spots tucked in the woods. There’s a lot around for the kids like goats and a cool bike track. Also, I’m not sure what Amy’s title is (she works the front desk area) but she makes me laugh real hard and doesn’t allow shoplifting. Find yourself in the area and you’re gonna have a good time :)

I can’t say enough good things about this campground & restaurant!! We camped out on the lawn for five nights and had the best experience. The owners and hosts do a great job of making everyone feel welcome and the bike rental and nearby trails draw an awesome crowd of adventure seekers! The food at the restaurant is great and the creative aesthetic touches around the communal area are incredibly inviting: fire pits, corn hole, goats, a fence made out of old bike parts and lots of twinkle lights. The location is unbeatable with several of the most popular hiking and biking trails accessible right

We really enjoyed our two nights here. What a great location. Just a bit out of town, but easy bike ride to town to enjoy other locations like Maggie’s and Charlies.
Super quiet at night, great amenities. Special thanks to Adam who helped us with our RV upon arrival and departure.
I can’t wait to return during warmer weather. Really a special place.
