Had a great experience with the folks at Jerry's! Customer service was awesome. Jerry came out and talked with us for a little bit. He was helpful and funny. My wife and I still talk about the few hours we spent there like it was a memorable vacation. Everyone was super nice. The only thing that rubbed me wrong was that I had a blown fuse on my truck for trailer lights and after spending alot of money there, they still charged me for one tiny fuse. No stars removed for this because they are a business and they are there to make money, so it's understandable. Overall a fantastic experience. Would

These guys make it impossible to buy a camper unless you're there in person. On a Saturday I talked with Monte around closing time about one of their used campers. He told me at the time it was new trade in and no one had the pictures of it besides me. He went on to say I had all day of the following Monday to think on it and get a deposit on it if I wanted it. When Monday came I called mid afternoon around 3 to put a deposit down only to find out one of the other salesmen sold it. When I called Monte about it he apologized but then made it clear that the first person to put a deposit down gets

Went in to order a part for my camper we had bought from there 10 yrs ago or more but they told me to basically figure it out myself. I had to call the manufaturer to get the part number and part i needed.
This has to be one of the worst places i have ever reviewed for customer service. They deffinatly dont go out of their way to help customers. They sure love to grab the money and leave ya hanging when u need help.
Buy from here at your own risk. Dont expect them to help with anything afterwards. Not saying their inventory is bad just the customer service in the parts department is non existent

This company donated a 1 week camper rental to my grand-daughter's school for a silent auction. I won it. We were very excited because my husband and I have been looking to buy a camper for about a year now. We've been to two outdoor shows and looked at dozens of campers. We thought by renting one from Jerry's we could get a feel for the camping life and then, maybe buy one. We let them know that we were in the market for a camper when we first went in to determine our dates.

We were in need of a camper and at the last minute Monte was able to get us a camper for us and he explained how to operate all the functions and how to hook us up. Once we got at campsite and had some questions he talked us through on the phone. Very patient and very friendly. Will definitely rent from them again.

Wife fell in love with an old camper. They got it ready, replaced some water damaged parts, and sent it out the door a few months later. It leaked. Somehow, they decided it was our fault for not inspecting it. Took it back and spent $300 for them to leak-proof it. They quoted $300 but wanted $500, but Jerry (original, mostly retired owner) made them stand by the quote. The camper still leaks. Thousands of dollars and we have a leaky old camper nobody would buy. Waste of money and effort. Heartbroken wife.
