Over the years, your faithful companion has become an important member of your family, with their unique personality and unconditional love. When facing the loss of a pet, a family typically experiences the same sense of loss as it would for the "human" members of the family. At Rosenbaum Funeral Home, we treat pets just like any other family member.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
Meaningful memorialization of a loved one's passing can transform, heal, and comfort us. It highlights our loved ones' sacrifices, reminds us of the things that they value, and inspires us with their life stories. Have the Talk of a Lifetime, a program created by The Funeral and Memorial Information Council, was designed to help families have meaningful conversations about the things that matter most in their lives.

Rosenbaum funeral home is simply outstanding. My father died last fall in Florida and there were lots of logistics involved in getting him back to his hometown, having a funeral in Gibson City at the church where he was baptized, and handling the burial at the local cemetery near so many of our family members . Through it all, Michelle was amazing and so thoughtful. She anticipated every detail and made sure that when our family traveled in (some from more than 1,000 miles away), everything had been prepared lovingly. We truly felt supported. She did so many nice "little" things that I didn't expect

Rosenbaum Funeral Home provided excellent service during a heartbreaking time when my husband recently passed away. Michelle was very compassionate and so helpful with all the questions we had about the paperwork, arrangements, planning, and obituary, etc. She made what I thought would be a tense, dreadful experience, into a relaxing, caring and pleasant experience. Michelle kept in contact with us to see how we were doing and when his certificates were in, etc.. I am so Thankful for Michelle and all the staff there. Keep caring and loving what you do for our community. God Bless you All!!!
