I had a great experience at SWHD today. I saw a beautiful pre-owned Road King Classic online and it was a bike I had passed on buying a while back and always regretted it.
I called the shop and spoke to KB in sales, and he was very nice. I happened to be on vacation at the time and didn't want to lose out on the bike so I asked if I could leave a credit card number to hold the bike and he said "No problem" and held the bike for 6 days.
While on the way home from vacation, I saw a sign saying "Orange, 20 miles", so we decided to stop in and check the bike out.
Well, the

I want to give props to RJ in sales. We stopped in there over the weekend and his level of knowledge and consultation was excellent. Was our first trip to the store and he gave us the royal treatment giving us tours of the shop and going the extra mile to answer all of our questions and help us make some decisions. We didn't buy a bike that day but he will be the first personWe call when we buy.

We went to purchase a bike and spent hours waiting for the girl in financing to get off "break". We had wanted to pay cash. We asked if we should get a cashiers check or cash or just write a check ? They said a check is fine. They use a third party company who runs your check based on credit alone not how much you actually have in the bank and verified. The first form they ask to sign is if there are any issues we use a mediator before getting a lawyer ( red flag#1) We take photos, registered the bike and got plates. The last step, now after hours, is to run the check. They deny the

Very friendly staff and a very large collection of clothing and motorcycles at this dealership. The lack of mask wearing and social distancing was a bit alarming in the middle of this pandemic. They were probably 100 customers inside and outside of the building and only three customers and one staff that I saw, including myself, were wearing masks.

PLEASE GIVE THIS REVIEW ATTENTION: As a result of multiple bad experiences at multiple dealerships, I've become jaded and syndical. Pushy, rude or dismissive salesmen, arrogant sales managers, and overall impatience with customers has been the rule vs the exception.
Then I found Stonewall Harley Davidson. Even though I treated them as guilty until proven innocent of the HD dealership culture I'd come to know, they were consistently professional, forgiving and overly helpful. They put up with me and kept a great attitude the entire time. In the end, they met EVERY expectation
