Our laser cutting equipment serves as both a primary process and a supporting player at Styme. Most parts and products that we work on pass under the high speed cutting heads of our top-of-the-line laser cutting equipment. Styme has the ability to process hundreds of feet of material quickly and cost-effectively.
Compared to casting and forging, forming metal offers the advantages of creating light weight and versatile shapes. Styme combines a series of complimentary processes to form metal parts. Every customer's needs are unique, so we use one or more of these processes to take a flat sheet of ductile metal and mechanically apply deformation forces that alter the shape of the material.
Styme offers a complete range of welding services such as multi-process stick welding, TIG, MIG, flux-cored, submerged arc, high-speed gas metal arc welding, and gouging weld services. All of these services are conducted in-house from start to finish, utilizing high-tech amp supplies and skilled full-time welders.
