There's nothing quite like the thrill of finding something you want and then bidding against others who want the same thing. But you don't have to be a seasoned auction attendee to be able to experience the thrill of auctions. Doerr Auction & Realty, Inc is glad to welcome new bidders to their auctions.
On-Site Auctions can be a very effective tool in the liquidation of entire estates. Often paired with Real Estate Auctions, an On-Site Auction is held at the property where the items are located. This setup removes the hassle of transportation of the items from the timeframe and budget of the auction.
Our consignment auction fulfills a need for people with smaller quantities of merchandise or for places where an on-site auction is not favorable. With our consignment auctions, the seller controls how much is sold at a time and on what timeframe everything is sold. The consignment center offers a Spring session March - June and Fall session September - November (closed the week of Thanksgiving).
Online Auctions allow potential buyers the ability to attend the auction from anywhere in the world. These individuals only need to invest the travel time and expense to pickup the items they have won, giving the auctions a more convenient feel. Online Auctions also reduce the number of items necessary to have an auction.

In my many years as a buyer using online auction service venues, I have not been treated as poorly by a seller/merchant as I have by Jessica Doerr-Berger of Doerr Auction & Realty, Inc.
I had purchased several lots of tablecloths at her company's timed auction that completed on February 22, 2021. Once I received the tablecloths, I found one had holes in it and the other's fabric was rotted and tore when washed. They did provide descriptions such as soiling, leading me to believe that was all what was wrong with the tablecloths.
I tried contacting Jessica Doerr-Berger several times by email regarding
