We love our new granite counter tops (kitchen and three bathrooms). They are absolutely beautiful. Laura Powell demonstrated the utmost in customer service. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Tony and Matt were the installers and they also did a fantastic job. They explained everything and asked multiple times if I had any questions.
Bring a drawing of your countertop layout, including measurements and wall/backsplash locations so your project coordinator can determine how much material will be needed for your particular project. Marble Uniques (MU) was recommended to us by two different companies while we were looking for a hearth for our fireplace.
We met with Tim at their facility. He was very friendly and very helpful. He walked us around the warehouse and explained to us the different types of products MU has and what would be the most cost effective for our project.
Everyone at MU were very helpful and very professional. The employee who did the initial template (whose name I can't remember) was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. The installers (Garrett and Zack) were very professional.

Marble Uniques is excellent. The tremendous selection is secondary only to their excellent installation/customer service. The men who installed my countertops were professional, efficient, and courteous. It was important to them that I was satisfied with their service and that I knew they would stand behind the product. These people are horrible. Literally the worst experience I've had. We had to tell them that the product that we wanted was discontinued. They try to sell us something that wasn't what we had picked out. They are hard to get a hold of and they don't call you back that fast. Go anywhere else. Save your money and the hassle.

Most of the process was pretty good, until install. We had asked for a 1 inch backsplash which we were told could be done. A day or two before the install Samantha called and said that they were afraid the back splash wouldn't survive the trip to the house without breaking and advised me to do a 3 inch. I agreed to it without understanding there would be a 75 dollar charge for this. The slab we had selected as a remnant and was just large enough for the job. I later get the bill for the extra 75 and tried to argue it saying since it was a remnant and there wasn't anything left over for

My contractor suggested I make an appointment with Heather and this was the best advice.
I needed kitchen perimeter counters, a counter for a built in hutch and a top for a bedroom closet island.
She helped coordinate island and perimeter counters with cabinets and the back splash. From finshes to edges to vanishing seams, the finished product is gorgeous.
I was able to look through their warehouse to find amazing slabs of stone. The Magma on my closet island is a show stopper.
They are a professional and caring team offering a beautiful range of products.

Nick Burton was the gentleman that helped my mother and I pick out an affordable yet beautiful granite for my kitchen countertops! It was an wonderful and exciting time for me as I had been waiting patiently to have my kitchen remodeled! Nick made sure he paid special attention to every detail I specified.
