We lovingly design and curate our selection, from my mom's handmade linen tablecloths, to my dad's custom-built farm tables and benches.

I have order rentals from Heirloom 3 separate times and all have been an exceptional experiences. This last time they really stepped their game up. I made an error and got my pick up day mixed up and thought it was on a day they were actually closed. When I called they got back to me and arrange a special pick up while closed!! Saved our holiday! We would have had 14 people and no where to sit. My order was small and they could have easily not gone out of their way especially since the fault was mine, but they did. We recently used JRB for our wedding in Marshall and rented tables, chairs, glassware, linens and a few random items (chaffing dish, coolers). I cannot say enough nice things about Heidi and the team at JRB. They were prompt in responding, patient with last minute order changes and flexible with scheduling. They're the best!

Heidi has great communication and customer service. Her rates are very affordable. She does not charge a fee for her rentals like most companies do. If something is lost or broken, that's what you pay extra for at the end of your event. She has some really nice pieces like colorful intricate Moroccan tea glasses for example.

Heidi is incredible to work with! She is extremely organized, very quick to get back to you and super helpful at making sure you have everything for your event. We used JRB for my wedding rentals and she could not have been more accommodating. The rentals were all excellent quality and communicated very good with us as far as delivery time goes. Everything turned out perfect and that was largely in thanks to JRB rental quality!

I worked with Heidi to book the rentals for my wedding back in May 2016. She was so sweet and accommodating of all my last minute changes. When the weather report suddenly went from 75 to 55 she set me up with lovely outdoor heaters and when the linnens that I had purchased went missing the morning of my wedding she worked with my planner to find matching ones. I highly recommend jrb events they have a great selection, great prices, and amazing staff.

I used JRB for me wedding in Sept, and they really went above and beyond. Heidi was very accommodating in meeting me on a weekend and making several revisions to my order (even with a fractured wrist!). She was also helpful in guiding me to make the best selections possible based on my vision, even if it meant simplifying and not adding to my order. I would definitely use JRB again for future parties or events.

Our order included all of the dinnerware, tables (dinner and high/cocktail, serving), chairs, umbrellas, wood barrels w/poles (we hung our own market lights off of these), wine barrel bar, and dance floor. We have no complaints on the product: everything was in pristine condition in comparison to other weddings that I've attended. They were also quick to respond to our requests. I used JRB rentals for my wedding and I can say that they truly went above and beyond. I looked at many other rental companies (many bigger) but went with JRB upon the referral of our caterer. It was one of the best decisions I made. Heidi was so amazing to work with. She helped me through the whole rental process and gave me invaluable suggestions for colors and decor. She truly was such a pleasure to work with, I can't imagine what we would have done without her help. All of our rentals were absolutely beautiful - but more importantly, you won't find better customer service anywhere

They were so great! Heidi came in on a Sat, when the business is closed, to walk my fiancé and I through our choices in rentals for our upcoming wedding. She was immediately friendly and helpful, filling in with thoughts about what we really needed for our event, and if we had missed anything. She never tried to upsell us or convince us we needed more than we had chosen. Not only that, but she upgraded a couple of our choices for free! I dont think I've ever had such good and helpful service!

I really like this company! A bunch of nice people who are very accommodating and make ordering rentals easy. I was very thrilled with their drop off and delivery for my dad's birthday party and for pick up they even drove around the parking lot for a minute when they knew the party wasn't quite over! Highly recommended for any event!!

I was hosting a family reunion on August 18 and I was short about 30 chairs. Torn between renting and buying, a friend recommended that I check out this place. This company is a hidden gem; definitely worth doing business with. I walked in on Thursday, August 16, to see what they had to offer. I have no idea if this business is one woman with a computer and a telephone or just one outlet of a giant national company. Whatever is going on behind the curtain, Heidi at JRB made sure I ordered exactly what I needed and had a crew with a truck at my wedding reception location exactly when I asked them to be there with exactly what I'd asked for. She even let me know a few small ways I could reduce costs. When I amended my order the day before the delivery--after the truck was already loaded and ready to go the next morning--she still managed to switch in and out what I needed.
