Services
Clients can reach the shop through email but will need to be present in the shop for an evaluation. There are no charges for consultation but in order to begin a design and book an appointment a non-refundable deposit is required for new and previous clients. Tattoos are priced on an hourly basis. The amount of detail, size, individual skin sensitivities, and other factors will determine how long your artwork will take to be completed.
Caring for your skin before being tattooed is just as important as the after care. If your skin is not in the ideal condition we will not move forward and you will loose the deposit. Stay out of the sun and tanning beds two weeks preceding your tattoo and use sunblock. The sun will dehydrate your skin and activate the melanin which will highly impact the tattoo.
It is our goal to ensure that you are satisfied with your permanent makeup results. At first, your permanent makeup may appear darker than you expected. Remember that the applied pigment will lighten. It is essential that you strictly adhere to the following guidelines before and after your procedure for the best results.
Antimicrobial or antibacterial alcohol-free mouth rinse. Plain clean water. Packaged sterile saline solution with no additives (read the label), or a sea salt mixture: Dissolve 18 to 14 teaspoon of non-iodized (iodine free), fine-grain sea salt into one cup (8 oz.) of warm distilled or bottled water.

I have been tattooed 3 times by Shauntell and every time I am impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail and amazing finished tattoo. She is really easy to work with, and has a gentle tattoo style which won't have you writhing in pain.
As for the shop it is a clean, bright, and pleasant atmosphere, very relaxing good vibes place to get some ink done. Everyone from the front desk to the owner seems focused on a positive customer experience. If you're in Jacksonville you have to try this spot!

Let me set you up a little bit with the dynamics of my family first. I’m a licensed doctor of veterinary medicine. I know a thing or two about the medical field. My 15 year old daughter is currently almost finished with high school while simultaneously earning ALL her AP college credits. She is a member of the Nation Junior Honor Society. Her spare time is spent with myself at the hospital getting volunteer hours in. She understands the importance of a sterile environment and the basics of veterinary care. Which would mean she is responsible enough to understand basic piercing care and the time

Thank you Queen Tatto Co. & Nichole for a great experience! The shop is clean & sterile, with lots of natural light. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. Nichole did my tattoo. She was very thorough during my consultation and took the time to listen to my ideas, ask questions, and offer suggestions in order to make sure my tattoo was exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment with Nichole to get a simple line memorial piece. She created my vision perfectly. I gave her an idea and she made it even better than I could have hoped. She was professional and super sweet to boot!
The parlor itself is beautiful. There is so much natural lighting and sparkling clean. I've looked at other artists who are here as well and all of their work seems top notch. Next time I want some ink, especially a super detailed piece, I wouldn't hesitate to book with someone here!

I was lucky enough to stumble on Leticia's work on Instagram last year and knew immediately I wanted my next piece done here. Meeting with her only solidified my intent. Leticia is far and away one of the bests artists I've ever met and definitely the best I've had the pleasure of working with. All of her art is gorgeous, as is the rest of the artists' in the shop. She's a blast to talk and interact with while she works. Very clean and careful, and always making sure her customers are comfortable. Spent at least 17 hours over two sessions on my piece, and it turned out absolutely beautifully. Cannot
