Malone Homes holds our HOA. They have built several homes in our neighborhood. The development now has enough homes occupied that according to state law the homeowners can take over the HOA. We have tried to communicate with Malone and he has not contacted any of us. However, he is still collecting HOA fees. We have called and have made several visits to his office without any response. I would not recommend using his company if this is how he treats people.

Everything was done so smoothly and no headache involved. Also very happy with the amount of time it took from breaking ground and moving in! Plus is he can do the excavation, septic, and building. Great experience.

I talked with a floor installer I know who said that the floor should not do that and the cause is usually improper installation. I talked with Mr. Malone about the cracking tiles and grout and he said it was caused by the homeowner using too much water to clean the floors and was not his problem. And the laminate
