I bought a boat on consignment from Mann Marine in the fall of 2020. Kevin offered to take it out on a nearby lake to ensure it ran well and I was comfortable with it. The test went well.
A few days later it begin to overheat. I contacted them about it. They offered to look at it. I decided to troubleshoot it myself as they are a little over an hr away. After some time I found the issue to the problem and decided to wait to spring to fix it. After informing Mann of the problem they offered to cover the parts! Spring 2021 comes around. We recently bought a bought from Mann Marine the entire process was easy, the entire staff is awesome , they answered every question , took us on a test drive , we bought the boat that afternoon and I wanted to add a hummingbird G5 Helix gps/fish finder. They installed it the same day and I was able to take the boat home . These guys go above and beyond , they have our business for life . Thanks Mann Marine!!!

It says to share your experience about this business. I have been a loyal customer at Mann Marine Since the doors opened. Kevin was a service manager in Charlotte an American Marine before he opened his own place and he worked on my boat in Charlotte as well. I followed Kevin because he has a great work ethic great employees and I have the up most respect for him. I work on cars for 35 years I don't do boats I leave that to Mann Marine. The prices are fair The job is done right You will not be a disappointed to use this establishment It gets my full recommendation.

These folks are great to deal with. Very straightforward and forthright. I had bought a used boat from which was much larger than I was used to. They walked me though all the steps of ownership and then some. Going the extra mile for me. Everyone in the shop is super easy going easy to speak with. I’ve even run into the staff at some of the local lakes, had a good laugh with them about some my noob mistakes.. good folks at this shop.

Avoid Mann Marine at all costs! I dropped my boat off before Thanksgiving for some routine service and repairs. The initial phone calls before the drop off went well, and it seemed like they ran a very good business. I was told they would have the boat complete within a few weeks. December rolled around, and I called to check on status. They mentioned they had gotten behind, and I wasn’t in a rush so I left it there for a while longer. I called back in January multiple times, and was told my boat was next in line or in the shop, but never received a quote. I then called multiple times in February
