I've been a loyal customer here and after many years of paying for overpriced nails they still haven't changed their ways of service. If you do happen to go here request Joyce, she is extremely sweet and the best worker there(nails). The other workers there have no effort when it comes to doing their job, the guy that runs the front desk is extremely rude, I would suggest going to the salon that's right next door near pet supplies plus, they are extremely good.

I live in Lockport and I spent months after college trying to find a place to get my nails done. I wanted to find my "regular spot." Every place in Lockport I tried was awful, so I expanded my search to other areas of WNY. I absolutely love Ori and it has become my regular place. My nails always look great! I have tips on my nails so I go for a fill about every 3 weeks. The most I have ever paid is $30 when I got a design on my nails. The nail technicians are super friendly. The salon is clean and they use professional equipment. I'm very pleased with them.

Tried this place twice. Neither time worth the money. People were hasty in painting nails, didn't let coat dry before doing the next coat. In the end the nails were clumpy and unprofessional looking. Had to go home and redo nails BOTH times. Will never go there again and strongly suggest anyone else skip this place completely!!!

Terrible experience here. I came in for a gel polish and wanted something called an "American French tip" it's essentially an off white color on the tip with a coat of pink over the top. It gives a very natural looking finished nail as oppose to the starkness of a French tip. I picked out the two colors I wanted to use and the nail tech refused to do it because he thought it would "look bad." I told him it's fine, I've had it done before. He continued to refuse me. I showed him pictures of what it looks like. He still refused. I said "can you at least try
