We dropped off our daughter’s car for window tent, tires, and a detail 2 days before her birthday party. It was short notice, but the guys knocked it out and did an amazing job!

Only getting 5 stars because I can't give them 10. The staff here is extremely professional and on a whole other level when it comes to customer service. It is satisfying to know when I drop off my vehicle to have anything done, it will be treated with the same care and respect as I do.

This place is the best 100% recommended!!!
They did a perfect job on my tinted lights, and they have great price’s, planning on getting lowering springs installed by them.

I took my Silverado to these clowns May of 2020. I had lift, wheels and tires put on. Don't get me wrong, the truck looks great... What did not look great was the fact that they charged me additional money after what I was quoted and charged when I went to pick my vehicle up because it "took longer than they thought". They also left jagged edges cut into my wheel wells that I had to go in and correct myself. Also, upon taking my vehicle to a different shop to have an alignment, tire rotation and balance done and to have a terrible creaking and squeaking noise checked out, I found

Got my Honda Civic wrapped with the ceramic tint, I must say I am blown away. The job was done so so well. The ceramic tint decreases the heat in a car by 55%, I can FOR SURE tell when I get in my car after letting it sit outside. Also protects the interior! Easy to make an appointment, drop my car off, and pick it up impressed! Everyone who works here is very educated about the products they sell and willing to inform customers. Best tint in South GA and probably ATL.

Always awesome customer service on anything they do. Tires, rims, breaks, tinting, removal of tinting. Expensive cars, my work truck. To me, to my 70 year old mother. We've done a lot of different car services and repairs with them over the years. Above all else they are honest. Honest automotive work is very hard to find.

Rude and bad service. Guys destroyed my truck trying to put LED lights inside my truck. Broke door panels, scratched the paint, then tried to cover it with wax and buffering, some glue and touch up paint. They claim to fame is that they have a bunch of worn out broken cars sitting around their shack. Truth is they had banged up these vehicles so much - no one will buy them. I would not take any thing to this place that I want to help. Then their tint shop is a mess, had to use the tint warranty to get it fixed right. Had to drive to Fort Walton Beach to get the tint fixed. The guys there

PTAP gets it done! They have some of the BEST customer service around. They not only do an amazing job, but they are all amazing people. I always leave there with the upmost respect for how focused and intentional they are on doing everything with excellence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Rude and unwilling to help customers. I did not even get into the building due to the unprofessionalism before I even got out of my car. Regardless of the work business is better elsewhere. I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy.

I really like all the services that PTAP offers and it's a nice place to visit. The only problem that I have had here is one person that constantly makes excuses for services rendered. All the employees there are terrific with the exception of one. I'm not sure what his name is but he's a bearded white guy. No matter what you say he's got one excuse after another for everything.

Excellent customer service by Chris and the staff . I was only in columbus for 2 days and needed after-market tires for my Gwagon. Chris gave me a couple of choices and luckily they had my choice of tires available in the inventory. I dropped off my car at noon, he picked me up at work at 4:30 and I was on my way out with my tires .

I recommend them 100%. Wish I lived closer , I would use them for everything. Much better than the Mercedes Benz dealership and WAY better pricing . Thank you Chris you are the best !

I went to Ptap today and purchase wheel adapters! I waited 30 mins before any help! I finally spoke with Chris and I ask for a discount of course he was extremely loud and stated NO! I feel Chris took his time on the white people before me and rush me out the door! After I made my purchase he ask me to enter my pin for credit card which he held the machine up high so everyone can see my pin number! Definitely a security issue! Chris also sold me the incorrect wheel adapter!

I needed my windows tinted in a hurry before we moved cross country. I wanted quality tint that came with a national warranty, and these guys provided that. They got me in immedietly, and got the job done quickly. Their customers service was top notch, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Ptap is by far the best custom car shop in the Southeast United States. The staff is always friendly and the service is top notch. I come here EXCLUSIVELY for work on my Tesla Model S and my wife's Tesla Model 3 also her former SUV and my Son's Honda Hybrid. I got my 2016 Ford F-150 windows tinted here a couple of days ago and I couldn't be happier. There is nothing more welcoming than talking to an associate in person an feeling like your at the right place for the job. The sales associate​ was very knowledgeable​ and offered considerable incite on the two different tint options they had available​. My options were between Premium-Dyed Tint and Nano-Ceramic Tint (CTX). I choose​ the CTX because it offered superior heat rejected without living life on the wild side​ with the limo tint (15% and below) option. They offer military pricing

HORRIBLE Customer service!!!! Stood there waiting to talk to someone for over 20 min and then just finally left. As I leave they just stare at me as I walk out the door.

Towards the end of December I went to PTAP. I needed a front bumper, hood, fenders, and side skirts painted and installed. The representative Quentin said they could do it and that he would get their painter Richie (Richie Rich Pant & Body). When we went to look at the car I tried to show Richie pictures of what it would look like and how I wanted it. He said "Don't bother, they always use the best pictures," and basically just blew me off. While that may be true, if I'm paying for your service I think you should see/hear what I want done. I was so excited to be taking my sons car to be detailed by what's perceived to be the best of the best here in town. Sadly I think if I had just rub it through the $20 wash at 4th ave car wash downtown I would have gotten a slightly better job and saved $80. Very disappointing. From no tire shine to not even cleaning the plastic over the speedometer. I was prepared to take all our other cars there but not anymore. Don't waste your time or money getting your car detailed at PTAP.

Always a pleasure while visiting the store. Jason and the staff always are most friendly and helpful. Treating everyone with the same professionalism regardless if your in there for tire shine or a complete set of rims. By far a pinnacle example of how a business should be ran.

Was shopping for window tint and first went to a business in the town I live in. Customer Service was awful and even though they carried llumarr products I just didn't trust them with my new car. Did some research and decided to make the 50 mile drive to Columbus to PTAP. Very nice automotive boutique. I really didn't expect something so nice in Columbus. PTAP team was great. My tint is llumarr ceramic and they cut it from the computer to fit my car. It looks amazing. I wish I had went a little darker but I'll change it later.

Bottom line I feel that their service was worth my money

I moved from Columbus September 2013 before I moved I had my 2004 BMW 745 Li windows tinted & my 2001 Expedition windows tinted & was a job well done. I even purchased a set of 26" rims for my Expedition & the cost overall was nice. You get what you pay for & I paid for quality service here at Ptap
