I just last week got my car back after they replaced the engine. I have had so many issues in the past with shops not fixing the problem and trying to tell you something else is wrong . This shop is not like that. They did a really good job and my 2015 chevy cruze runs like a brand new car. They kept me informed with everything that was going on and most off all they fixed exactly what they were supposed to and they have it puuuuring like a baby kitten...You can't even tell the car is on and running its so quiet ..Thank you.They even have me coming back soon for a check-in to double check everything

Good repair job after my truck was vandalized, replaced the broken window with a good quality one and no problems with the mechanism, however they could have at least bothered to clean it up before they installed it. New ignition switch installed as well but the fitment doesn't seem perfect. Overall pretty decent job however the job was over $1k you'd think they would have had a little more care for the details of the job they were doing. They also left the truck in a bit of a messy state.

BLC was great repairing my a/c in my car. The price quoted was a lot less than other shops. They took my car back right away, had it diagnosed quickly and completed the repair fast. They gave me options on repairs and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. Brandy had great communication and kept me very informed. She was very friendly and made my experience there even better.

My husband took his jaguar to this place bc they said they knew how to work on jaguars. He drove it up there but had to get it towed out bc they took the head gasket off but apparently didn't know how to put it back. My husband called everyday asking about it. I understand tht they also were waiting on the warranty company but the mechanic wanted to put a whole new engine in it but it didn't need a new engine it just needed a head gasket so he told my husband he didn't feel right fixing just the head gasket and didn't want to waste the warranty co money that clearly he pays

Horrible business. I took my 2008 Saturn to them to have wiper switch repaired and because they did not know to back up the module before disconnecting power source they erased my cars brain rendering it non-drivable. I have now had to take to the dealership to fix their mess and they want to charge me 168.00 for breaking my car. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
