Unfortunately our condo unit and association wasn't a good fit for Cabrera. Apparently the fact that we actually wanted them to keep up with the landscaping around the property, clean the deck chairs, properly maintain the pool and throw out the trash was too much for them to handle. The filter and beater were down for 3 days and no one from the association was notified. Silly us for actually expecting them to do their job.
