Jennifer FaGalde, owner of FaGalde Interior Design, began learning her creativity at a very young age. My mother was extremely gifted in many creative realms from sewing, cake decorating, flower arranging, drawing, painting, etc. I grew up observing and practicing many of these facets.

I have worked with Jennifer at FaGalde Interior Design for two major renovations in my home, a four bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. She designed, selected paint, tile, granite, flooring and accessories for my projects. She listens to your ideas and is very knowledgable of the most current design trends to transform your project into that perfect space.
A design meeting at your house for 1 to 2 hours. We set up a time at your home, go over an initial profile together to determine your style, likes and dislikes and preferred colors, assess the space, make recommendations, give direction and advice. We give you quick solutions and figure out the best approach to move forward with your project.
Studies have shown that most people spend over 90 percent of their day in interior spaces. The space that we spend our time in can elevate or lower our mood. Our favorite quote about interior spaces is "your environment shapes the way you feel and interact with the rest of the world." Subtle elements such as color, a pattern, or textures can subconsciously (or consciously in some cases) make us feel good or bad.
Window coverings serve many functions such as protection from the elements, they allow us to let in or block out light, provide security, and can add room darkening for places of rest. Though window coverings can be aesthetically pleasing and enhance a room tremendously. Dressing a window properly can make a room feel larger, smaller, more colorful, harmonious and balanced when done correctly.

Jennifer helped my husband and I design our new condo in Tahoe. We could not have done it without her. She took our style and made it a reality. My husband and I do not always see "eye to eye". She brought us together with designs we both liked. The end result was fabulous and we are getting nothing but rave reviews from friends and family. Jennifer has a wonderful eye for design and style. We would definitely use her again.

My husband and I loved working with Jennifer when we remodeled our kitchen this year. I am terrible at making decisions and could trust her with every aspect of the project, from design till completion. I seriously think I would still be trying to figure out counter tops and flooring if she weren't helping us!! When I was in doubt I just let go and trusted her and I am so happy I did!!! We couldn't be happier with the end result!! My husband decided to be the contractor given the expensive bids we received, and she supported this. The project was started and completed in just over 2 months! She

Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting the right colors and window treatments in our house. She listened to what we wanted and did not want and provided options that made everyone happy. I hired Jennifer to help pick paint colors for a 2000 sq ft home that I just purchased in Roseville. Jennifer and her assistant came in and spent about two hours going through the house. She is highly efficient and clearly knows her stuff - I ended up going with ALL of her suggestions and I absolutely love all the colors. I have had nothing but positive comments. I'll be using her for some interior decorating in the very near future. Highly recommend!!

We needed to make some changes to our awkward kitchen layout. I was having doubts about my own ideas, so before we made any changes we decided to call in a professional. Jennifer's ideas made a LOT more sense than mine. She came up with solutions for issues I knew we had, and ones I didn't realize we had. I'm excited about the direction of our kitchen now and I'm extremely glad we called her!

I had no idea what I was doing when it came to remodeling our kitchen in our newly purchased 25 year old home. Were to start? Yikes! Jennifer was my calming voice and helped me settle on a plan and helped it come into fruition. She kept us within our budget and helped me turn my kitchen into a room I love and love to show off! Now, onto the living room :)
