Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to contractors! We consumers have grown accustomed to "I will be there Tuesday at 8am" then we never see or receive a call that they will not be coming or running late. I have NEVER received this from iHome Improvements (Dustin or Amy Parker). They believe in building great customer relationships and completing each project to their client’s absolute satisfaction!
