Kilby's Flower Shop, Inc. was opened at the current location of 113 E 2nd Ave. in the small town of Franklin, Virginia during the year 1949. It was orginially opened by Mr. Kilby and his sister at this time. Several years later Mr. Kilby sold the business to a couple by the name of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Black.
In 1979 Kilby's would change hands again when the current owner Bobby M. Vick who has ran the business very successfully for the past 29 years. Today, Kilby's Flower Shop is still family owned and operated by Bobby Vick's daughter, Vicky Vick Baker.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I'VE HAD TWO INCORRECT ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY. BOTH ORDERS THE OWNER TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS NOT CONCERNED TO HELP HER CUSTOMER. SHE WAS ANNOYED AND DEFENSIVE TO THE SITUATION. MY HUSBAND SPENT 100 DOLLARS FOR ROSES AND LILLIY'S. I RECEIVED A CHEAP MIXED ARRANGEMENT. THE SECOND TIME I RECEIVED AMD ORDER FROM A GOOD FRIEND. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PINK ROSES WITH WHITE LILLIYS. AGAIN!!!!! I RECEIVED A CHEAP MIXED ARRANGEMENT. SHE DID NOT CARE ABOUT EITHER SITUATION. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Find another Florist!!! This florist is the only one in Franklin and they act like it. These folks cancelled a flower delivery because we asked for more flowers. We were treated very unprofessionally and someone should open a Florist and put these people out of business!!!!! They are also EXPENSIVE!!! Update!-After canceling my flower order they tried to keep $6.00 of my refund. The actions of these people can only be described as PURE EVIL!!!!!!!

I tried this flower shop for prom flowers at the recommendation of others. My husband ordered both the corsage and the boutonniere for my son and his date. He picked them up this morning and I rushed down to see them. To say I am underwhelmed is an understatement. They are adequate and the whole two flowers (total from both arrangements) are fresh, but I guess they should be for the very premium price we paid. We will not be return customers.

Very unprofessional and rude on the phone on a matter they caused on a order my bother placed received a Flower arrangement with WRONG address and WRONG PERSON NAME inside card tryed to clear it up but the just cared about the money how hard would it have been to change the card to the correct address and name inside of the card
