I hired Master Railings last year to install the fence around my pool. The work was completed but as any job required some minor final touches. The balance of work was delayed but still was delivered by the company. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and sent a few referrals after they saw the work by Master Railings.

Hired master railing to install new railngs on my brand new porch. The installation looks terrible instead of bolting the railings down they drilled large holes and filled the gaps with white cement on blue stone. The railings are so poorly painted they were beginning to rust after the first rain storm I have tried to contact the owner 2 times by phone and 1 time by txt no reply at all. I guess once they are paid they think they are not responsible to return calls to a customer. Would not ever recommend them to anyone.

A small but professional operation. We needed railings for a new set of front steps. We had the estimate the same day we needed it. Showed us pictures of their work, gave the price up front, and was friendly.
2 Weeks later we had the railings installed, made final payment and everything looked great. I only have 1 small complaint, the day of the install was not set until the day before they showed up, but since it is exterior work, this was not a large problem.
Other than the one complaint, the pricing seemed well within reason, and the work looks great.
