River Road Market & Deli is a family owned business which was established in 2015. Before River Road Market & Deli was established, the store had a few local owners and has been in the community since the 1960's. Since 2015, the store has undergone extensive remodeling and expansion which includes a larger grocery selection, fresh produce, a full service deli which includes fresh homemade meals for breakfast lunch and dinner.
In 2017, we also added a drive thru coffee shop which also serves snoballs and ice cream. River Road Market is a proud member of Associated Grocers. As a family owned business we work hard to make sure our customers are happy and greeted with a smile from our friendly employees!

Our deli is very unique. We offer a large variety of homecooked meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. We also have our famous overstuffed poboys and sandwiches. We are best known for our overstuffed Poboys served on New Orleans-style French bread.
You can also enjoy some of our everyday favorites which include fried chicken, fried shrimp, fried catfish, seafood stuffed bell peppers, and our in-house smoked brisket and pulled pork.Plus a wide variety of sides and vegetables.

Pick any of the following: ham, turkey, cold roast beef or other lunch meats, served grilled or cold. River Road Market Club: homemade roast beef, ham, bacon, smoked turkey, American and Swiss cheeses. Grilled Chicken Special: deli-style chicken breast cut into thin strips, grilled with pepper jack and onions.
All of our signature steaks plates are complemented with a fully loaded baked potato, salad, ear of corn and bread. We started the Steak Night tradition shortly after River Road Market & Deli opened. This has become very popular in the community and our customers look forward to having their Wednesday night steak dinners.
River Brew Coffee House opened in 2017 as part of the River Road Market & Deli. We serve a full line of gourmet coffee and drinks to get you going. We also offer soft serve ice cream, malts, and shakes and New Orleans-style snoballs in a wide variety of fun flavors. For your convenience, River Brew Coffee House offers drive-thru service or indoor seating with free wifi.

I was attracted to place because of signboard advertising hot foods which was a rarity since Ida hit River Rd & Luling area. I was glad to see that "someone" was opened & serving community out of power, especially the linemen & tree trimmers who work hard all day & night getting through the tangled mess of wires & broken trees. Great selection of hot & cold foods & groceries.
